At present our products are only delivered within South Africa.

All orders will be shipped in 3-5 days

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging, we also require a proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

When purchasing a duvet, pillow, cushions or bed linen from SheeHub, be sure to familiarise yourself with your Terms and Conditions.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with SheeHub you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where applicable.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date of delivery.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at all times. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Weendeavor to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active

CANCELLATION

SheeHub reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient. In this unlikely event the purchaser will receive a full refund with no deductions.

PRICES

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in South African Rands.

GUARANTEE

Our Goose down duvets and pillows have a two-year guarantee against faulty workmanship and material defects.
